Consultation to go over your health history, weight loss goals and what treatment options are available. We will also go over expectations going forward including future visits. This visit may also explain how to self-inject medications and will answer any questions you may have.
Medication and supplies will be directly shipped to your door.
Includes initial consultation with me and unlimited support throughout your journey via text or phone call.
For each refill, a check in is required prior to refilling any medications. This fee is included in the cost of the medication minus any shipping and will be discussed with you on an individual basis.
